
The principal charge of the Committee on International Education is to represent the Los Angeles Division in all matters concerning the Education Abroad Program (EAP).
Membership
The committee consists of five faculty, the faculty director of EAP and
two student representatives (1 undergraduate and 1 graduate).
Interactions with Administration
Primarily interacts with the administrative branch via the ex
officio member (the campus Faculty Director of the Education Abroad
Program), the Vice Provost of International Studies and an administrator
of the campus office of the Education Abroad Program. The Education
Abroad Committee also interacts with the UC
Education Abroad Program and the University
Committee on International Education.
The Committee on International Education typically meets twice per quarter.
