The elected
chairs of the Faculty of each Professional School and
Academic College shall constitute the Council of Faculty
Chairs. The Divisional Senate Chair and Vice Chair will
be ex officio members of the Council. |

(A) |
The Divisional Senate Chair
will, at least three times each academic year, convene
and preside over the Council of Faculty Chairs. |

(B) |
The Council will advise the
Divisional Senate Chair regarding matters relevant to
various Faculties. |
