Entry Instructions

All nomination must reach the Academic Senate Office by 5:00 p.m. on:

• January 18, 2008: Senate Members
• February 15, 2008: Teaching Assistants
• March 14, 2008: Non-Senate Faculty

A Department may only submit one nomination per category
Self nominations will not be accepted
Dossier should be kept to a maximum of 75 pages
